Free UK delivery

Every Sonelli order ships free with tracked delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (order check, quality control and packing). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–4 working days. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Contact us through our contact page as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order has not been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if your parcel is lost.
