100-Night Sleep Trial
We want you to love your Sonelli pillow. Sleep on it for up to 100 nights from the date of delivery. If you are not completely happy, you can request a full refund within that period.
How to request a return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1–2 working days with your return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may also cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Bundles and free gifts
If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated on the bundle price actually paid. Free gifts included with your order do not need to be returned.
